"I took these this morning across from the shop I work at 51 front street vandemere I will send you some good pictures when we start planting potatoes." — Grady Voliva (taken in February)

"This is a photo of a house around the corner from Stillwater Lane in Oriental. It’s been slowly succumbing to the passing of time." — Sandy Pugh

"With the time change, I now get to catch the sunrise after my morning circuits, so this is from Lou Mac Park." —Tony Nelson

"Got up at 5am and noticed the moonlight shining in, so had to run outside and grab my monthly moon shots when it’s full. It’s a tradition for me, taking moon pictures when it’s full each month.

Send any photos of Pamlico County my way, especially if they show some of our history or your own family memories. downinthecountyPC@gmail.com
